About

What You Won't Find Here

We're not the store with forty coffee makers and a comparison chart to help you pick. We don't have a "shop by collection" mega-menu, and we're not chasing every trending product that shows up in your feed this week. Honestly, that kind of store isn't something we're any good at, so we didn't build one.

What My Store does instead is smaller and, we think, more useful: for the everyday stuff you actually need, we pick one or two good options and skip the rest.

The Junk Drawer Problem

Most of the time you don't wake up wanting to shop. You open a drawer looking for a specific tool and it's not there. You just moved and realize you own zero of the small things that make a kitchen work. Something breaks on a Saturday and the hardware store is closed. That's the moment My Store is built for — not browsing for fun, just needing one solid answer fast, without wading through forty near-identical listings to find it.

Skipping the Middle of the Chain

A typical product on a store shelf has passed through a manufacturer, a distributor, sometimes a regional wholesaler, then a retail markup on top of rent and staffing for the physical store. Every one of those steps adds a margin, and every margin ends up in the price tag before you ever see the item.

We buy closer to where things are actually made and cut out the layers in between. That's not a slogan — it's the specific reason the same kind of item tends to cost less here. It isn't lower quality material or a shortcut on the product itself; it's fewer hands taking a cut before it reaches you. Because we're only stocking a short list per category instead of a warehouse of alternatives, we can also commit to the items we do carry instead of spreading things thin.

The Fine Print We Actually Mean

Buying something you haven't held in person is a real risk, so we tried to remove as much of it as we could:

  • 30 days to return it, no reason required. Doesn't fit your space, wrong color in person, changed your mind — all fine.
  • We cover the return shipping. You don't pay to send something back.
  • Full refund to your original payment method — no restocking fee, no processing fee taken off the top.
  • Orders ship within 1–2 business days with tracking sent to your email so you're not guessing.
  • Checkout runs through encrypted, third-party payment processing — we never see or store your card details.

We'd rather eat the cost of a return than have someone stuck with something that doesn't work for them. Making the return easy is what lets you order without overthinking it — that's worth more to us than any amount of marketing copy about quality.

Just Email Us

No phone tree, no chatbot loop — one inbox that a person actually reads. Order questions, sizing questions, something arrived off, or you just want to ask before you buy: write to service@peakmod.shop and expect a real reply, not a canned one.

For the details on shipping timelines, returns, and how we handle your information, our terms of service and privacy policy cover the rest.
